There’s lots of ways to get from here to there, and while roller skating and marching might not be the most logical choice, they’ll do in a pinch. The new designs I added to my Zazzle store this week have a retro feel and are perfect for anyone who loves roller skating or playing in the marching band, though ideally not at the same time.
Skaters Gonna Skate
Back in the ’80s (hey, I’m old, what can I say) the big trend was roller skating birthday parties, and there was something super fun about rolling around in endless circles at the rolling rink, while tunes by Michael Jackson, Madonna and Cyndi Lauper blared out over the sound system. I have to admit that my own roller skates were not nearly as cool as these teal colored skates, but they were still pretty awesome. They featured the cartoon cat Garfield and Garfield orange colored wheels. These teal colored skates are perhaps a bit more mature in their style with strong retro vibes, and you can find this graphic on an assortment of ready to personalize items in my Zazzle store like this personalized roller skate tote bag. So, whether you’re hoping to relive your roller rink glory days or just need the perfect gift for anyone who love roller skating and all things retro check out my Retro Roller Skate Collection on Zazzle.
Marching Onward
Do you march to the beat of your own drum? If marching band is more your jam, then you’ll want to explore my latest Zazzle collection, Marching Band Gifts and More. It features an assortment of gifts and party supplies featuring my illustration of a feathered marching band hat, and is ready to be personalized with initials and other text like this cool monogrammed marching band hat keychain.
Keep rolling, keep marching or just keep moving forward however you prefer to get around. As always, thanks for stopping by, and don’t forget to check back next week to see the latest new designs!
