It was a busy week in my Redbubble shop with a variety of new designs joining my familiar favorites. This week there were some fun animal themed designs featuring seagulls, cats and dogs; a funny design perfect for gay pride month and some cool tropical leaves. Here’s this week’s roundup of new designs:
Adopt a Something
As many of you already know I love animals, and have a special place in my heart for those animals we often share our homes with, specifically cats and dogs. I also believe strongly in pet adoption because there are so many homeless animals out there who need a place to live. Of course, I also like humor and messing with people’s minds so this Adopt a Cat magnet featuring a picture of a dog is perfect for doing just that while promoting pet adoption. You can find this design on tees and more in my Redbubble shop. And because I also believe in equality you can check out my Adopt a Dog design featuring, of course, an illustration of a cat.
Books & Cats: A Perfect Combination
Speaking of cats, my Believe in Your Shelf design is perfect for those of you who love curling up with a good book and a purring cat or two. The play on words slogan accompanies an illustration of a bookshelf filled with books, and also a couple of cats. With its peach, coral and gray color scheme it has a soft retro look, and is available on a wide assortment of products in my Redbubble shop like this sling style backpack bag that’s perfect for toting a book or two with you when you’re on the go.
Keep Your Cool with Tropical Style
Taking a break from wordplay my tropical leaves graphic print features a Hawaiian-shirt-inspired style in cooler toned colors with illustrations of tropical leaves in lime green, emerald green, light blue and French blue. You can find patterned products like this tropical mini skirt with a black background as well as stickers and graphic tees. You can browse all these blue and green tropical leaves designs on Redbubble.
Mark Your Calendars
Gay pride month is just around the corner, and already a lot of the retailers have unveiled their Pride collections with everything from Pride-themed t-shirts to rainbow colored dog poop bags available for those who want to show their spirit. You might even think that these stores have a gay agenda. But the questions is do they have a gay agenda sticker? Well, I’m happy to report that my Redbubble store now does as well as tees and other items featuring this fun illustration of a rainbow colored planner book with the caption (in rainbow letters, naturally) THE GAY AGENDA below.
The Seagull Has Landed
Finally this week, my Redbubble shop is starting to look a lot like the beach (or, if we’re being honest, a surburban parking lot) thanks to an invasion of seagulls. I’ve added three funny Seagull designs this week like this Happier Than a Seagull with a French Fry graphic t-shirt as well as items featuring some wise seagull wisdom: Poop on Your Enemies or for those who prefer to keep their priorities straight Fries Before Guys. Whatever this week holds in store for you, I hope you find yourself feeling happier than a seagull with a French fry!
