A short while ago I realized that the Fun Friday blog post I was supposed to write and get up on the Class of 2K11 blog had not in fact been written despite the reminder on my calendar. I rallied the troops (aka Marshmallow Peeps) and this is the end result.
Yesterday, I got to meet fellow Fluxians Charlotte Bennardo and Natalie Zaman (even though I did not get to spend nearly enough time with Natalie). They wrote this book:
also they are wonderfully cool and fun people, but then they are authors, so that pretty much goes without saying.
Since my last post, I learned that my local bookstore, the great and wonderful Clinton Book Shop redid their display window. This is what it looks like now:
My launch event at the store is now officially less than two weeks away. It’s hard to believe.
Finally, I am trying to figure out why WordPress has stopped emailing me to let me know when folks leave comments on my blog. Any ideas technological types? I’m sure it’s a simple fix, but I’m too tired to try and figure it out. In the meantime, if I am a bit slow in getting around to your comments rest assured that I still love you.

OK, maybe I’m biased about this post… No, I’m VERY Biased! Thanks for mentioning Sirenz! We will definitely have to have another tea-try when things calm down a bit LOL! In the mean time, can’t wait till the launch! The window looks fantastic. Seriously people–I saw it in person! xxx
That’s awesome that the bookstore redid their storefront to feature Popular! I can’t believe the day is getting so close!
So exciting!
