A Couple of Library Events

National Library Week kicks off this Sunday, and as part of this week-long celebration, I’ll be visiting some libraries to talk about my writing journey and books and such.

First stop is the Hughes Library, part of the Eastern Monroe Public Library in Stroudsburg, PA. This is a library that is very near and dear to my heart since I worked there for several years, and still consider it a home away from home. I’ll be at the Hughes Library (or as some of the kids sometimes call it, the Huge Library) at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 10. So, if you’re in the area, please stop by.

Then on Monday, I’ll be at the Towanda Public Library in Towanda, PA. Towanda is located in beautiful Bradford County, Pennsylvania, and the library is in a awesome old brick building that looks a little bit like a castle – a castle full of books, which really is the best sort of castle. I’ll be at the Towanda Public Library at 3:30 Monday afternoon, April 11. I’d love to see you there!

Finally, I won’t be giving a talk, but if you’re anywhere near Gloucester County, NJ don’t miss the Meet the Authors event at the Free Public Library of Monroe Township in Williamstown on Wednesday, April 13 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Various local authors will be on hand to talk about and sign copies of their books, and I’ll be hanging out with the good folks of the Deptford Public Library. If you can, stop by to say hi, and pick up a bookmark.
